• Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic specialising in buses and trucks
• Ability to handle various tools (e.g. diagnostic equipment, power tools)
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
• Relevant certification or diploma in Diesel Mechanics REDSEAL Trade a must
• Inspecting Busses engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately
• Conducting routine maintenance work on diesel engines
• Repairing or replacing faulty parts and components
• Performing road tests on vehicles to ensure quality of repairs
• Adhering to company procedures and safety guidelines
