A leading organisation within the Earthmoving and Engineering sector is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Screen & Crusher Earthmoving Field Technician to join their high-performing technical team in Gauteng. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Diesel Mechanic with hands-on experience working on screening, crushing and earthmoving equipment who is looking to take the next step in their technical career.

• Qualified Trade Tested Diesel Mechanic
• 3–5 years’ relevant post-trade experience
• Proven experience working on screening and crushing equipment and/or heavy earthmoving machinery
• Strong mechanical fault-finding and diagnostic ability
• Hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting experience will be advantageous
• Ability to work independently in a field-service environment
• Diagnose, service, repair and maintain screen, crusher and earthmoving equipment
• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on heavy mobile machinery
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and related technical faults
• Perform field-based breakdown repairs and technical support
• Ensure equipment is maintained to required safety, quality and operational standards.
• Complete service reports and maintenance documentation accurately
• Work closely with customers, operators and internal technical teams
• Identify potential equipment failures and recommend appropriate corrective action
