🌍 Expression of Interest – Instructor (Welding) – Saudi Arabia
High Training Institute is seeking skilled and passionate Welding Instructors to join our team in Dammam/Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, with potential assignments at newly established branches in other cities.

Minimum Qualifications (must meet at least one):

• Bachelor’s or Higher Degree in Industrial/Vocational Education, Engineering, or Science + 4 years industrial training experience (2 years in Welding preferred).
• Associate Degree / Equivalent + 6 years industrial training experience (2 years in Welding preferred).
• Craft-Certified (No Degree) + 8 years field experience (2 years in Welding preferred). Professional trainer certification preferred.

General Requirements (All Instructors):

• Minimum 4 years of recent experience.
• High level of computer proficiency.
• Experience with smart learning technologies is preferred.

💼 Employment Details

• Place of Work: High Training Institute – Dammam/Dhahran (with possible relocation to other cities).
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day.
• Contract Duration: 1-year contract, renewable annually.
• Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary of 7,500 – 12,000 SAR per month, plus:
• Performance bonus (up to 3 months).
• Allowances: 25% housing, 10% transportation, and 1,000 SAR food allowance (single-status contracts).
