Well known lodge, requires the services of a Vehicle Manager

Required Qualifications & Skills
 * Education: Automotive mechanics qualification.
 * Experience: 5+ years of experience managing a fleet, with specific vehicle mechanics and automotive compliance.
 * Technical Skills: Vehicle Mechanical Skills is a must, Proficiency in Fleet Management Systems
 * Driver's License: A valid South African driver’s license

Core Responsibilities
* Fleet Maintenance: Schedule routine preventative maintenance and manage urgent repairs to keep vehicles roadworthy and maximize asset uptime.
 * Expense Management: Track fuel consumption, toll fees, insurance claims, and traffic fines to minimize operational expenses.
 * Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all vehicles have valid registrations, roadworthy certificates, and licensing. Oversee driver logs and adhere to road transport laws
 * Route & Workflow Optimization: Utilize GPS telematics and logistics t tracking software to improve delivery times, driver behavior, and route efficiency
