ABOUT POSITION:
A Private Corporate Game Lodge in Bela Bela is seeking an experienced and professional Management Couple to oversee the full operational management of a small exclusive lodge. This dynamic role requires a couple capable of covering lodge management, kitchen operations, and guiding responsibilities, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience in a private bush environment.

REQUIREMENT:
- RSA ID and legal residence essential
- Previous experience in a 4 or 5-Star Game Lodge environment
- Relevant Guiding and Chef qualifications required
- Proven experience in lodge or hospitality management
- Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage a small team and maintain high operational standards
- Passion for hospitality, guest service, and the bush environment
- Driver’s License and own transport essential
- Unfortunately no dependents or pets permitted due to lodge location and operation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily lodge operations, ensuring smooth and professional service delivery
- Manage guest hosting and overall guest experience
- Handle kitchen management and food preparation as required
- Conduct guided activities and bush experiences for guests
- Manage staff, schedules, and departmental coordination
- Maintain lodge standards, service quality, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety, lodge procedures, and hospitality standards
- Build strong relationships with guests and represent the lodge professionally

PACKAGE:
- R45,000 per month (combined salary)
- Live-in accommodation provided
