A prestigious 4 Star hotel in Cape Town is seeking an experienced and hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to lead all Food & Beverage operations.
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving service excellence, leading departmental teams, and ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of all Food & Beverage outlets. This role is suited to a passionate hospitality professional with a proven track record in quality-driven hotel environments.

REQUIREMENT: 

• RSA ID and legal residence essential
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Food & Beverage Manager within a 4 or 5 Star hotel
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, service standards, and cost controls
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills
• Proven track record of achieving outstanding guest satisfaction and positive TripAdvisor reviews
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, stock control, and cost management
• Ability to train, mentor, and develop staff
• Own reliable transport advantageous 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Oversee the daily operation of all Food & Beverage outlets
• Ensure exceptional guest service and consistently high service standards
• Lead, train, and motivate the Food & Beverage team
• Manage staffing, rosters, and departmental performance
• Monitor budgets, stock control, purchasing, and food and beverage costs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Drive service excellence and continuous operational improvement
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and senior management to achieve business objectives 

PACKAGE: 

• R35,000 per month (Negotiable)
• Live-out position
