Are you an organised and people-focused HR professional with strong generalist experience? My client is seeking a reliable HR Officer to support its day-to-day Human Resources operations and contribute to a positive, well-managed working environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will assist with:
- Recruitment and onboarding
- HR statutory and compliance requirements
- Employee records, filing and POPI compliance
- Payroll support and employee benefits administration
- Learning and development initiatives
- Employee engagement activities
- Industrial Relations matters
- Maintaining up-to-date HR policies, procedures and practices
- General day-to-day HR operations
Requirements
- HR Certificate or Diploma
- At least 2 years’ experience in an HR Generalist role
- Exposure to HR compliance, processes and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Valid Code 08 driver’s license
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong administrative, organisational and problem-solving skills. Confidentiality, reliability and a customer-service mindset are essential.
