A Beautiful Nature Estate is looking for a Housekeeping and Catering Manager to join their small team

Candidate Requirements:

• Grade 12 (essential) with Degree/Diploma in Hospitality (beneficial)
• Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar hospitality environment.
• Computer literate (essential), Nightsbridge and SAGE (beneficial)
• Organised with strong admin skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with catering (up to 80 pax) beneficial. (Informal, school, etc)
• Good communication and guest interaction skills.
• Primary working language English + Afrikaans - written/spoken.
• Professional and well groomed.
• Can work independently and as part of small multicultural team.
• Start Date: ASAP

Includes: Shared accommodation(unfurnished), one meal while on duty, entry level salary
