An intimate Tented camp is looking for a 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗣𝗟𝗘

Candidate requirements:

• Previous experience working in a luxury lodge
• Previous experience in managing a lodge
• Must be very strong in administration
• Attention to detail
• Experience in managing a team
• Hands-on with guests
• A managerial background
• Must be a positive individual with problem-solving skills
• Very organised and meet deadlines
• Team player
• Strong communication skills
• Relief reservations work 
• Experience in working with F&B and maintenance or guiding would be an advantage

Daily duties:

• Management Role within a small company
• The main role requirement is operational management at both lodges
• Managing teams and overseeing all departments (F&B, Guiding, Housekeeping and maintenance)
• Being on top of all logistics and daily operations
• Ensuring checks and balances are in place
• Planning and putting together guest travel itineraries
• The exact split of duties will depend on the couple.

Live in. Working 5 days on and 2 days off. 21 days annual leave.
