A high- end 5* Lodge in Madikwe Game Reserve is looking for a 𝗥𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗙 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗣𝗟𝗘

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a high-end safari lodge is essential
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in a lodge management position in a 4/5* property
• Both must have a valid RSA Drivers License & own transport
• Have experience in managing a team 
• Must have strong managerial capabilities
• Have a strong eye for detail with regard to all lodge rooms, service & food
• Must have strong leadership and communication skills – verbal and written
• Must think out of the box
• Self-disciplined, and able to work on their own, managing their own time.
• Lively personalities. Keeping the guests entertained and happy.
• Both of you must be mature and responsible
• Positive attitude and approach toward teamwork
• Hands-on approach toward guest experience
• Ability to take initiative and problem-solving

Male candidate requirements:

• Qualified FGASA NQF2 Nature Site Guide & NDT (All guiding qualifications and membership up to date and paid) *NQF4 and Trail qualification are preferable
• First Aid Level 1
• General maintenance knowledge
• Vehicle maintenance and skills
• Be able to host guests
• Fluent in English- verbal and written

Female candidate requirements:

• Must enjoy hosting guests and be very good at it
• Must be very strong in administration
• PAN Knowledge
• Computer Literate- MS Office
• Fluent in English- verbal and written

Live-in. 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off.
