An established collection of boutique lodges is looking for a DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT to join their team.
This role is ideally suited to a creative, detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of digital platforms and a passion for storytelling, content creation, and brand building within the travel and hospitality space.

Core Criteria:
  • Diploma or qualification in Digital Marketing or similar
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and digital best practices
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta platforms
  • Strong content creation skills (copywriting, social media, newsletters)
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Passion for travel, hospitality, and visual storytelling
Core Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update the company website in collaboration with developers, ensuring optimal performance and usability
  • Create and manage engaging content across digital platforms, including blogs, newsletters, and social media
  • Visit lodges to capture and curate high-quality content for marketing use
  • Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar in collaboration with the creative team
  • Coordinate with designers to produce visually compelling, on-brand marketing materials
  • Implement and manage SEO strategies, including keyword research and performance tracking
  • Monitor website traffic and user engagement to inform marketing improvements
  • Manage and grow social media channels, including posting, engagement, and community management
  • Assist with planning, launching, and optimizing paid digital campaigns (Google, Meta, YouTube)
  • Track and report on campaign performance, suggesting improvements to maximize ROI
  • Provide general support to the marketing team across various projects and initiatives
