• BEng/BSc Civil Engineering with Pr Eng registration
• 10+ years’ relevant structural engineering experience
• Strong structural design and analysis experience across concrete and steel structures
• Experience with commercial, industrial, warehouse and multi-storey buildings
• Proficiency in Prokon, Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong client engagement and architect/discipline collaboration skills
• Hands-on project and construction exposure, with involvement across the project lifecycle
• Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers/technical staff, with opportunities for continued career and leadership growth
• Willingness to relocate to Windhoek is essential
