A luxury safari lodge in Pilanesberg, North West is seeking an experienced and professional Field Guide to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting guided safari activities and providing guests with informative, safe and memorable bush experiences.

REQUIREMENTS:
- FGASA Level 1 or Level 2
- Previous guiding experience preferred
- Previous Big 5/luxury lodge experience advantageous
- Strong knowledge of wildlife and the natural environment
- Excellent guest relations and communication skills
- Professional, well presented and safety conscious
- Passionate about wildlife and conservation
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and willing to assist with lodge operations when required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct professional Big 5 game drives
- Provide informative interpretation of wildlife and the environment
- Ensure guest safety and comfort at all times
- Deliver exceptional and memorable guest experiences
- Maintain professional guiding and safety standards
- Build strong relationships with guests
- Assist with guest hosting and lodge activities when required
- Maintain guiding equipment and ensure vehicles are guest-ready
- Work closely with management, trackers and the guiding team
- Assist with general lodge duties when required

PACKAGE:
- Salary: Approximately R9,000 per month
- Live-in accommodation
