This small but challenging dealership workshop needs a strong and experienced Service Manager with excellent leadership skills to join their team. Take responsibility for the performance and profitability of the department by managing service advisors, technicians, and support staff and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.  You will also be required to develop and implement service strategies to maximize profitability and customer retention.  It is ESSENTIAL that you have at least 3 years of Service Management experience in a franchised motor dealership.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Motor Dealership Service Manager in a franchised motor dealership
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with service department profitability analysis and development of service strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
***Our client would prefer someone who lives in the Vredenburg area or is willing to relocate at short notice***
