A family is looking for an AU PAIR for their 2 children

Area: Westcliff
Children’s Ages: Grade 11 (Twins) - 2026
Working hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 – 08:00 and 14:00 to 18:00 (Flexibility required)
School holiday hours: Same/similar to above
Duties: Morning school drop-off and afternoon pick-up, Academic support and study organisation, Homework oversight and exam preparation, Ensure attendance at support Maths & Afrikaans classes (currently weakest subjects), Assist with discipline, structure and organization relating to academics, Maintain communication on progress and challenges
Special Requirements: Female – to provide a positive female presence at home, Mature, confident, warm but firm, Experience with teens and academics, Strong organizational and mentoring ability
Start Date and contract term: January 2026 – permanent 
Salary: R15 000 - R18 000 per month for flexibility (Gross, before deductions) + SARS Rates per km

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:
**** Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
****Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
****Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
****Must have a clear criminal record
****Must have a passion for children
****Must have Matric
****Must have a South African ID document.
