A family is looking for an AU PAIR for their son aged 11 years old (Grade 6)
Area: Somerset West  
Ages: son aged 11 years old (Grade 6)
Working hours: Monday – Friday: 12h00 – 17h00
School holiday hours: adhoc as it will be dependent on whether the family is travelling or not but will be confirmed prior to each holiday period
Duties: Collect from school, transport to and from extra murals, homework supervision and assistance, ensure bags are packed for the following day, changes out of school clothes, assist with anything childcare related and general supervision
Requirements: female candidate, bubbly and people person
Start date: January 2026 start – permanent contract
Salary: R10 500 per month (gross, before deductions) + SARS rates per km (R4.76)

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:
**** Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
****Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
****Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
****Must have a clear criminal record
****Must have a passion for children
****Must have Matric
****Must have a South African ID document.
