Senior Associate - Litigation
A well-established law firm in Brooklyn is looking for a Senior Litigation Associate to join their team in the Commercial Litigation Department

Minimum requirements:
- LLB degree
- Admitted Attorney
- Must have a minimum of 7 - 9 years' post article experience
- Must have an absolute passion for commercial litigation
- Must be able to handle complicated contractual disputes in the High Court (non-negotiable)
- Experience in construction and/or engineering dispute resolution would be highly beneficial
- Must have excellent drafting skills
- Extensive practice specific understanding of the law
- Understand the commercial principles and considerations applicable to instructions received from clients
- Action department specific litigation instructions independently
- Achieve set revenue target
- Manage client relationships independently
- Responsible for marketing of own practice
- Provide training for legal colleagues by investing in own personal development
