R50 000 CTC PER MONTH
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related built environment qualification
- Professional registration with SACQSP or a related professional body will be advantageous
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior or leadership estimating role
- Proven experience managing multiple large-scale tenders simultaneously
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CCS Candy, BuildSmart, and other estimating software
- Excellent understanding of construction methodologies for residential, commercial, industrial, and civil projects
- Advanced knowledge of construction materials, labour productivity, procurement methods, and market conditions
- Strong understanding of contract documentation, procurement strategies, and construction contracts
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, civil, and engineering drawings and specifications
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
