MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Agricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous
• Previous banana plantation experience advantageous
• Previous fruit farming advantageous
• Proven experience of managing all planning / ordering / implementing of agricultural practices in the fertilizer and herbicides related to this field
• Proven ability to work with and manage staff
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Mechanically orientated advantageous
• Computer literate
