MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
• Min of 4 years previous experience with:

1. Planting of maize
2. Experience with GPS and planting and overall management of crop farming  
3. Fertilizing, mowing,
4. Irrigation of pastures
5. Management of maize
6. Proven irrigation maintenance experience
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills
8. Leadership
9. Maintenance orientated essential
