Piketberg Area – WC:  A dynamic farm manager for a Protea flower farm is required to join the team.  Only candidates will extensive protea farming experience will be considered

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Agricultural diploma or relevant qualifications.
• Min of 8 years’ experience in farm management
• Proven work experience in Protea farming, essential
• Energetic & hands-on hardworking individual.
• Somebody who can take ownership, come with new ideas, and works independently & proactively.
• Strong leadership skills & able to motivate team.
• Computer literate, strong admin skills, good in problem solving, good interpersonal relationships, must be a good communicator.
