Tanzania- Tanzania:  Our client runs a modern feed mill with an innovative set up and strong equipment in the livestock and poultry field. They are looking for a candidate who is experienced, energetic, and assertive to join their team in this senior position

The successful candidate will be responsible for forecasts, budgets and overseeing the production, quality, costs and safety of the mill which produces feed for animals.
 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Agricultural Diploma/Degree or Degree in Feed/Grain Science
Minimum of 8 years’ experience with top brand machinery in large, automated mills
Proven ability to work with forecasts and budgets, planning
Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in management with strong leadership skills
Fluent in verbal and written English communication
Computer literate
Maintenance and mechanically orientated
 
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE TO:
Oversee the day to day running of the entire milling operation from the technical side, feed quality, management of the mill, admin, and ensure good financial results
Proven ability to manage a large team with strong leadership skills
Proven ability to work with automated equipment and be technically minded
Proficient in this field is necessary and hands-on work dynamic with industry experience with a proven track record
Have an eye for detail, cleanliness and overall accountability for the position
Be self-motivated and energetic and all other relevant skills for this specific position
