• Manage the staging component of the business. Source new clients and manage existing clients. Also responsible for all functions relating to staging (CHEP, invoicing, client communication)
• Replenishment of stock received
• Invoicing of product sold
• Collection of POD’s
• Generating of Credit note’s when required
• Maintaining NAV functions for the Depot
• Month end stock counts
• Bookings of flights
• Handling of imports and export consignments
• Accessing information regarding incoming or outgoing consignments
• Compiling of monthly freight cost summery
• Co-ordinating various logistics functions between buyers and/or suppliers
• Determining packaging requirements according to forecasted sales trends and budgets
• Procurement of packaging
• Management of Food Safety System
• Auditing of Depot inside and outside on hygiene parameters
• Auditing of Depot staff on hygiene parameters
• Auditing of hostels and ablution on hygiene parameters
• Samples to be sent to independent labs for verification and testing
• Trend analysis on results from QC
• Corrective and preventative action from QC
• Analysis of product return from trade and customer complaints
• Shelve life on all products
• QC report to all suppliers on quality of product
• External auditing on Depot
