MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12
• 2 - 5 years of experience with pasteurization
• Computer Literate
• Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Any skills with making of butter/Maas and yoghurt advantageous
• Knowledge of the maintenance and running of a pasteurizer in a dairy factory
