- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Min of 2 years previous recruitment consultant work, experience
- Previous experience with H-2A and H-2B processes essential
- Agricultural background, highly advantageous
- Computer literate
- Strong typing skills
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent written skills in English and Afrikaans
