Inverness area – Scotland: An exciting opportunity awaits the experienced Cook/Sous Chef to join this Wilderness Reserve that lies in the heart of the Scottish Highlands.
Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Must have a British passport/citizenship or work permit
  • Diploma in Professional Cookery
  • 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef
  • Excellent record of kitchen and staff management
  • Teamwork Oriented
  • Willing to help with all kitchen related operations
