MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Must have a British passport/citizenship or work permit
Diploma in Professional Cookery
2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef
Excellent record of kitchen and staff management
Teamwork Oriented
Willing to help with all kitchen related operations
