MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Agriculture Diploma/Degree advantageous
• Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum of 5 years pasture management experience
• Minimum of 5 years dairy herd management essential
• Computer literacy essential
• Strong leadership skills
• Budgets and planning
• Previous cropping experience
• Ability to work in a team and take initiative
• Ability to AI
