Our client is looking for a Dairy Farm Assistant to join the team. The farm is situated close to a popular local town.

This is a 2-year fixed term contract position with the potential of becoming permanent.

This position would be best suited to a single person due to accommodation available on the farm

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

•  Must have a valid passport or work permit
• Agricultural Diploma/Degree highly advantageous
• Min of 1year previous dairy / livestock experience
• Previous experience with milking of cows
• Must have a passion for dairy cows
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Computer literate
• Strong written and verbal communication in English

• Great stockman
• Mechanically orientated
• Experience with tractors essential
• EU passport advantageous, but not essential
