Buzias Timis County Area – Romania: Our client is looking for a Blueberry Project Manager to join the team in Europe.
Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or diploma in Horticulture
• 5 years management experience preferably in blueberries
• Computer literate

• Mechanically orientated
• Ability to motivate and work with staff

RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES

• 100-130Ha greenfield blueberry project
• Develop project and drip irrigation to start planting November 2022
• Manage the Blueberry plantation
• Will have approx. 32 direct reports
• Must be able to lead in multi cultural environment
• Attention to detail a must
• Knowledge of management Reports and European marketing standards an advantage
• Knowledge of Italian or Spanish will help with understanding Romanian
• English first language
