MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• A relevant tertiary qualification in either Management or Hospitality
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry.
• Strong management and interpersonal skills
• Professional communication and email etiquette
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong and effective planning and organizing skills to ensure operational efficiencies
• Expert knowledge and understanding of stock procedures and cost control
• Knowledge of planning, budgeting and departmental administration
• Ensure the highest standards of service excellence and quality within the Food & Beverage environment
• Computer literate
