MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Agricultural Diploma/Degree
• 4 years’ work experience in agriculture ideally in organic fruit (plums, lemons, navels and mandarins) advantageous
• Computer literate
• Strong written and communication skills
• Strong management skills
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
