MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Food Technology Degree or Diploma
• Minimum 5 years technical/production experience
• Packhouse experience
• BRC training and experience
• HACCP training and experience
• AVCASA will be advantageous
• Computer Literate
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Strong interpersonal skills

 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Quality and Food Safety assurance
• Setting up and maintaining of a QC and food safety system
• Preparing for and leading Packhouse and food safety audits
• Liaising with clients on any quality issues
