Central Province Area – Zambia: Our client is looking for a Farm Manager to join the team.
Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Agricultural Diploma/Degree essential
• Min of 3 years previous farm management experience
• Min of 2 years previous farm management experience with the following points:
• Cropping (all aspects) – wheat, barley, maize and potatoes
• Livestock (all management aspect to cattle)
• Proven experience with engineering and or Cold store management
• Proven experience with Macadamia and or orchard management and or Macadamia processing
• Computer Literate
• Strong management and communication skills

 ABILITIES AND SKILLS

• Enthusiastic
• Driven
• Observant
• Hands on, this is not an office/admin post
• Excellent Ag – mechanical skills
• The ability to work with minimal supervision once trained
• Committed to identifying and training/upskilling local staff
• Computer literate and able to maintain strict records
