Shongweni Area -KwaZulu Natal: Our client is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join the team.
Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

•  Grade 12 required
• Diploma/Degree will be advantageous in Sales/Marketing
• 3-5 Years Sales Management experience in an FMCG environment
• Experience in formulating and negotiating trade agreements
• Microsoft office, Syspro and Qlik Sense experience will be advantageous
• Driver’s license and own transport is essential
• Knowledge of FMCG industry will be an advantage
• Willing to travel nationally

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for achieving the regional sales and profitability goals
• Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
• Managing a sales team to maximise sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
• Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
• Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
• Developing specific plans to ensure both long and short-term growth
• Training and development of the sales team
• Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements
• Promoting the company’s products after communicating with in-store management and marketing teams
• Preparing sales reports and submitting them to senior management
• Communicating with store managers to determine their needs
• Promptly responding to customer requests
