Normandien Area – KwaZulu Natal: Our client is looking for a Crop, Irrigation & Mechanisation Manager to join the team.
Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
• Agricultural background essential
• Min of 8 years previous crop farming experience
• Previous nut farm experience advantageous
• Proven experience with calibration of farming implements
• Proven irrigation, pump and motor experience
• Must have ownership mentality
• Strong management skills
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
• Experience with tractors, harvesters, seeders, sprayers tillage machinery and fertilizer handling equipment
• Being maintenance/mechanically orientated
• Computer literate
• Valid driver’s license
