Only candidates with relevant experience will be considered.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years construction background with deep knowledge of construction industry
• Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints
• Surveyor knowledge will be beneficial
• Plan, implement and manage construction tasks according to priorities and goals
• Adhere to relevant safety regulations
• Monitor hours and expenditure
• Supervise, train and give feedback to workers
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional leadership skills
• A keen eye for detail
• Strong problem solving
• Computer literate
• Valid driver’s license
