Sandton Area – Gauteng: Our client is looking for a Farm Business Manager to join the team.
Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.
 
This is a mid-level position.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Qualification in Agricultural Management advantageous
• At least 3 years’ experience at a management level of an agri business
• Previous experience with berry/ strawberry farming advantageous
• Previous exposure and basic knowledge of HR processes and systems
• Solid financial and operational management experience
• Excellent understanding of, and Experience with agriculture procurement for farming equipment and products, advantageous
• Excellent management and planning skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
