Fort Beaufort Area – Eastern Cape: Our client is looking for a Senior Farm Supervisor to join the team.
 
Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

•  3 years’ experience in a supervisory or similar role
• Valid driver’s license
• Related qualification advantageous
• Technically strong e.g., irrigation scheduling, spray calibration etc.
• Mechanical knowledge
• Preventative maintenance orientated
• Knowledge on general agricultural practices (H&S, SIZA, GlobalG.A.P.)
• Computer literate
• Strong admin skills
• Above average motivational & leadership skills relating to a big workforce
• Deadline driven
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• The potential candidate must possess a moderate level of fitness and be in good health.
• Ability to speak Xhosa advantageous
