Brits Area – North West: Our client is looking for a Junior Production Manager to join the team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

•  A Degree/diploma in Production/Agricultural qualification advantageous
• At least 4 years’ experience in a similar role
• Previous vegetable farming experience
• Previous irrigation experience advantageous
• Computer literate
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong written and verbal communication and numeracy skills
• Ability to lead and have good interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Valid driver’s license
