Underberg Area – KwaZulu Natal: Our client is looking for a Farm Assistant / Foreman to join the team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in either Agriculture or Mechanics advantageous
• At least 3 to 5 years relevant experience
• Previous mixed farming (cattle, potato & maize) experience
• Computer literate
• Ability to work well in a team and independently 
• Maintenance orientated
• Ability to speak Zulu advantageous
• Valid driver’s license

 RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Supervise Staff Potatoes – 150 LU
• Supervise Tractors and Irrigation
• Supervise Cattle Feed & Health
• Understand basic mechanics essential
• Work within agreed time frames with a very high degree of responsibility
