. Western Australia (about 3 hours from Perth) – Australia: Our client is looking for a Junior Farm Hand to join the team.
 
As a Junior Farmhand Level 2, your role involves foundational support to farm operations, assisting higher-level farm hands and the Farm Manager, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the farm.
 
Due to the remote location this position would suit a single or married candidate with no kids.
 
Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Learner’s permit or equivalent.
• Some prior experience in farming or related Eield preferred.
• Basic knowledge of agricultural practices and equipment operation.
• Minimum of 12 months experience.
• Demonstrates improved proficiency in assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Takes initiative to learn new skills and seek additional responsibilities.
• Shows increased reliability and consistency in task performance.
• Collaborates effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
• Valid passport
