Western Australia (about 3 hours from Perth) – Australia: Our client is looking for a Farm Hand to join the team.


Due to the remote location of the farm this position would suit candidates with no kids.

Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Full Driver’s license.
• Minimum AQF 3 Chemical Accreditation Course completion (ChemCERT).
• Demonstrated experience in farming or related field, preferably at the Level 3 position or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of agricultural practices, equipment operation, and livestock management. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions independently
• Minimum of 2-years’ experience.
• Demonstrates advanced proficiency in assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Exhibits leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• Shows initiative in identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
• Maintains a high standard of quality and productivity in all aspects of work.
• Valid passport
