Krugersdorp Area – Gauteng: Our client is looking for a Farm / Reserve Manager to join the team.

The Farm/Reserve Manager will oversee the efficient management of the reserve’s infrastructure and operational activities while ensuring prompt service delivery to all internal stakeholders.
 
Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• 5 or more years of experience in reserve or farm management with a hospitality component will be prioritised.
• Wildlife reserve management.
• Relevant artisanal skills/qualifications (e.g., electrical, mechanical, diesel, boiler making, building).
• Coordination and collaboration with onsite hospitality entities (e.g., lodges, guesthouses, restaurants).
• Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel).
• Budget planning and overall management.
• Must be hardworking, self-driven, professional, disciplined, and oriented towards both people and nature.
• Valid driver’s license

 
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
 

• Maintenance of fencing, roads, power generators, water supply and general infrastructure.
• Fire control management.
• Business planning and controls.
