West Rand Area – Gauteng: Our client is looking for a Dairy Operations Manager to join the team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Diploma/Degree in Agriculture
• Five years’ experience at a management level with well-developed leadership skills in Dairy Management
• Dairy Management experience essential
• Previous Pasture Management essential
• Fodder flow planning experience
• Proven track record of success in financial management, strategic planning & budgets
• Ability to motivate and work with a team
• Strong record of management skills
• Computer Literate
• Must be a hands-on person, hard-working, deadline-driven and diligent
• Exceptional leadership and management experience, with good interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to speak Sesotho
• Maintenance orientated
• Valid driver’s license
