Otavi, Grootfontein Area – Namibia: Our client is looking for an Operations Manager – Livestock & Cropping to join the team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture and/ or Business degree
• At least 8 years’ experience in a senior operations management position
• Proven beef & livestock experience – stud and commercial
• Ability to AI
• Fodder flow experience
• Previous cropping experience
• Strong financial acumen and ability to work with and within a budget (income statement and balance sheet projection with capex budgets) essential
• Computer literate
• Exceptional leadership and management experience, with good interpersonal communication skills
• Strong administrative and organisational skills and high level of integrity and confidentiality
• Valid driver’s license
