Minimum Requirement
  • Relevant Accounting Degree.
  • Completed articles will be beneficial.
  • Min of 3 years experience in a Management position.
  • Excellent in cost accounting and standard cost principles.
  • Business Acumen (Business Processes and Systems).
  • Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong administration and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Financial Dynamics 365 Business Central is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage finance team to achieve required outcomes.
  • Manage all accounting transactions.
  • Bill of materials.
  • Provide financial insights and guidance to senior management teams.
  • Ensure accurate analysis and reporting on costing models and packhouse efficiency.
  • Compile and manage annual budgets.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and related reports.
  • Handle monthly and year-end closings.
  • Manage company cashflow.
  • Oversee onboarding of new customers and vendors.
  • Review bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns.
  • Ensure effective internal controls are in place and maintained.
  • Manage inventory master data.
  • Oversee monthly stock take for raw material and packaging material.
  • Any other relevant accounting functions as required.
  • Prepare audit file and assist auditors during the audit.
