Minimum requirements:
- Relevant Diploma/Degree.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in fresh fruit and vegetables within a management role.
- Experience in implementing integrated systems
- Computer literate.
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of effective Packhouse processes and systems.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Strong administration & Coordination skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Able to work accurately with high volumes of work.
- Resilient and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills – ability to manage, direct and train employees.
- Committed and hardworking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-disciplined and must be able to work without supervision while meeting the set targets.
- The Production Manager is fully responsible for optimally running the section in the packhouse assigned to.
- Ensure production runs productively.
- Assist in the expansion of operations, increased productivity, and profitable use of facilities.
- Manage and develop people.
- Implement and maintain best practice policies and principles.
- Responsible for all product packed in division.
- Manage wage effectively.
- Any other reasonable task assigned by management.
