We have an opportunity available for someone with strong administrative acumen for one of our retail branches based in Nelspruit. The ideal candidate must be fully bilingual and able to speak and write in Afrikaans due to customers requesting Afrikaans report writing.
Qualifications and requirements:
  • Matric
  • Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer satisfaction-oriented
  • Punctuality
Duties and responsibilities:
  • Filing of branch documents.
  • Answering client calls.
  • Assisting with Cashier duties.
  • Stock take when needed.
  • Additional administration.
  • Communicate with head office regarding financial. 
  • Arranging client bookings for shooting range.
  • Confirm booking for the week's training by email.
  • Following up with customers on shooting range bookings
  • Call clients to collect certificates.
  • Attending to all customer queries.
  • Capturing of data and information on the company system.
  • Advising clients on training options available. 
Retail Hours apply: 
  • Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 18:00 pm
  • Saturday 8:30 am -15:00 pm - Every other weekend
  • Sunday 09:30 am -14:00 pm Every other weekend
  • Public Holiday 8:30 am – 15:00 pm
