Our client is seeking an experienced and qualified Sous Chef to join their team.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef.
- Matric.
- Formal degree/diploma in culinary arts.
- Experience in a similar field.
Job Duties:
- Assist with the management of the kitchen together with the executive chef.
- Maintain and implement hygiene standards.
- Assist with stock-taking.
- Create and maintain recipes.
Salary: R24 000 CTC
