We are looking for a creative copywriter to join our digital marketing team, to assist us in creating copy for websites, social media and blogs
Job Specification
If you have a passion for writing, for social media, creative blogging and for everything that goes into writing
Ideal candidate will be a university graduate with majors in languages and/or journalism
Understand client briefs to create original copy to uniquely promote the business of each client through their website
Write click-friendly copy and text snippets for SEO purposes
Write interesting and fun blogs for our clients
Write social media copy for an array of social platforms
Produce copy for our client's own websites, blogs and social media platforms
Publish approved copy to a range of digital platforms, including social media

Minimum Requirements
BA Degree (or similar), majors in languages and/or journalism
3-5 years of copywriting in an agency or similar setting
Understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts
Willing and curious to learn new technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English and Afrikaans
Able to research across an array of topics, even those not familiar to you
Administratively organised and methodical, able to organize and prioritize tasks
Work both independently and as part of a team
